A Senior Scrum Master and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Coach, Mentor, and Ex-lawyer. Passionate about all things Agile and Scrum.
She has over 20 years in the high-tech industry, in various development roles at various companies.
‎‎Merav is a lifelong learner, motivated by curiosity and a strong desire to solve problems – she continuously takes professional and non-professional courses, from Coaching at the Adler institute to Piano lessons at the Conservatorium.
She is also a ‎‎‎‎‎‏‏‎serial SAFe certifications earner, and regularly gives lectures about Software Development Life Cycle models as part of her volunteering activities.

Tanya Tikhonov, Women in Agile Israel Community Leader
A project manager at heart, she lives, breathes, and thinks about planning and timelines.
She works in Sapiens as a business operation and her mission is to advocate the agile state of mind and improve processes based on it. She has more than 15 years of experience as an industrial and management engineer in R&D and information technologies companies. Proven experience in implementing the SCRUM way of work and building scrum teams, facilitating events, and improving the team's velocity. She is leading cross-divisional processes and integration between the various entities.

Hinanit Ingber, Women in Agile Israel Community Leader
An experienced Scrum Master and a Project Manager by heart.
She has a B.Sc. in Computer science and over 13 years of experience in the high-tech industry in various roles.
She is a constant learner, results-oriented, proactive person with great communication and collaboration skills.
She believes that Agile is an effective method for anything and implements it in every aspect of life.
She derives satisfaction from watching the team grow and improve from sprint to sprint and celebrating every success.
