This meetup is for all women and allies looking to grow, connect, and learn together.

About the talk:
We'll explore how Agile has evolved, where teams get stuck in rigid practices, and how to reignite true Agile thinking.
Over the years Scrum meetings and practices became “ceremonies”. Teams are implementing Scrum in a fixed manner which is exactly the opposite of being Agile.
Michal will help you rethink how you approach Scrum and Agile and share her insights making sure you're not stuck in "ceremonial" practices that limit innovation and growth.
