About the talk:
We will discuss the key challenges of Agile leadership in multidisciplinary teams - from adapting the Agile methodologies for different teams, through integrating Waterfall and Agile planning, to synchronizing teams with different domains.
Taly will share insights from her experience leading multidisciplinary R&D teams and highlight the crucial role of creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in effective Agile leadership.
