Women in Agile Winter Edition 2024!

It's been a while in between sessions; life has been busy. But we are looking forward to hosting our next session later this month.

In this session, facilitator Afra Dianati will lead you through a group activity on how to determine the most effective Agile approach for your new initiative or organisation.

By the end of this workshop, participants have:

1. Shared challenges/concerns encountered during Agile transformation in their teams, projects, and companies
2. Experienced applying decision-making models to real-world experiences with the support of the facilitators
3. Enhanced their understanding of how these models can help Agile transformation strategies in different organizational contexts.
4. Last but not least, established connections with other women in the industry and cultivated a stronger support network.
