Circle of Creation Session 4 - Leadership and Emotional Intelligence + AI

Our Circle of Creation 2025 has already taught us some BIG lessons in just the first two sessions. In April we kicked off the program with an intro to the concept of EI and AI and how the two come together to enhance communication between people in the digital age. In session two, we took the core components of EI and AI and applied them to the concept of human-centered design or “Design Thinking” and how AI is not a replacement, but a creative partner in the design thinking process.
