About Dale

Dale is a Software Engineer at Five9, an experienced presenter, and a 6x AWS-certified cloud specialist with expertise in DevOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. Formerly an AWS Cloud Application Developer and a high school teacher, she combines a deep technical background with years of experience in training and development. After earning her Bachelor of Computer Science with distinction while working full-time, she has since built a career in cloud computing, leveraging her skills in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Beyond her technical accomplishments, she is passionate about community building, volunteering for educational causes, and exploring the world, having traveled to over 50 countries.
