Carine is an engineering leader with over a decade of experience turning complex systems into scalable solutions. She started her tech journey early on as a system analyst while still at university, later evolving into software engineering and ultimately finding her passion in data. Today, she leads a data engineering team at Easygo, where she's responsible for designing and scaling modern data platforms across global products like Kick and Stake. With a hands-on background in software development, cloud infrastructure, and data, Carine bridges technical depth with strategic thinking. She's particularly passionate about building resilient systems, enabling cross-team collaboration, and growing strong engineering cultures.
