Topic: Surviving Cloud Deployments in the Age of AI
Building an applications on your local machine is easier than ever: stitch together a couple of APIs, connect a webhook, and watch the magic happen. But taking that architecture to the cloud reveals a brutal truth: building it is only 20% of the journey; deploying, scaling, and operating it is the rest.

In this talk, Mish will break down the application she built: a messaging experience that sends you anime pictures based on a photo you message through, and show how things change when we deploy to the Azure cloud.

Weโ€™ll examine some of hidden failure modes that appear the moment you deploy. Drawing from hard-won lessons in production, youโ€™ll leave with and understanding of how to ensure your cloud app doesn't just run, but survives.

Get ready for an engaging session packed with practical insights, real-world lessons and a little bit of anime magic!
