🔹 Behind the Hiring Process: How to Land (and Grow in) a Role in Data – A deep dive into what it takes to get hired across different career levels by our recruitment team:
- Intern & Early-Career Hiring – What skills and potential recruiters look for when hiring interns and entry-level candidates.
- IC (Individual Contributor) Roles – Insights into the hiring process for mid-level data roles and what makes a standout candidate.
- Executive & Senior Leadership Hiring – What it takes to step into leadership, from strategic skills to the recruitment lens at the executive level.
This session will feature experts and recruiters who will share practical guidance on navigating the hiring process, positioning yourself for opportunities, and making an impact in your role.
PLEASE NOTE that as a part of the event, we will run a resume workshop where you can get some guidance on how to strengthen your resume! So please bring your resume with you!
++ We are also looking for a few volunteers who are happy to share their blinded resumes so our recruiters can review them real time to give helpful tips to everyone as a part of their presentations. Feel free to message me directly :)
