Is It Time To Sell? - Key points divorcing women need to know about real estate, mortgages, and your credit. Understanding your home’s equity in the divorce settlement. The time to sell your house is when it is right for you. Should I sell now or wait? The decision on whether or not you should sell your house now or wait until 2023 is a big one. It’s both a financial and a personal decision, with many factors to consider. There will be time for questions and answers at the end of the presentation.
