### About the panel: Man Up! Designing Beyond Bias, Stereotypes, Harassment & Ambiguity

đź•’ Time: 15:45
📍 Location: Studio 8 @ de Doelen, Rotterdam

XR and AI are shaping our world—but are they working for everyone? Despite their promise, these technologies risk amplifying gender stereotypes and bias, often relying on biased data sets, unconscious design choices, and development by homogeneous (mostly male) teams.

With a fearless female moderator leading the charge, we’ll ask the tough questions: How do homogeneous teams shape the design and user experience of our tech? Where are the blind spots, and how can we fix them? And what does it really take to create XR and AI experiences that work for everyone?

No fluff—just real talk about building a better, more equitable future for immersive tech.

Host & preparation: Regina van Tongeren - WIIT NL Ambassador
Moderator: Muki Kulhan - WIIT UK Ambassador; CIO Muki-International and Innovation R&D Lead at IBC Accelerators
