Mike Weatherford, a long-time client and now a realtor in the Knoxville, TN MSA, will share how he transitioned from his "rent-to-retire" plan to moving to Knoxville full-time with his family.

Mike loves a challenge and needed a lifestyle change to raise his family. Fifteen years ago, I met him when he was a competitive BMX racer, and he later became a licensed Radiology technician. Despite having a great career in hospitals, he also possessed a very portable skill. After visiting Knoxville, he loved it and decided on a 5-year plan to move there. He and his wife visited again and decided to make it a 1-year plan. He then transitioned to being a licensed Realtor in the area.

Mike is all about finding and meeting challenges to better his life, and he can show you how, too.

He will share with us the different areas that are prime for my rent-to-retire program, as well as areas in the MSA that are good for cash-flowing investments.
