About us
At WILL, we have built a community for women who are tired of having to earn what should be a given. The right to be in the room. To be heard properly. To have your time and your work treated as worth something.
Most of us know the feeling of over-preparing, over-explaining, working twice as hard to be taken half as seriously. This is a space where you don't have to do that. Somewhere you can be honest about where you are and where you want to get to, alongside other women who already get it.
We used to be Women in Tech & Leadership, and we've grown past that. What we gather around, backing yourself, being taken seriously, learning how to turn what you know into real influence, was never really about tech. Plenty of women outside it feel exactly the same. So we made room.
