About us

Welcome to my female friends who want to meet other women in midlife & beyond, enjoy a positive environment that fosters whole-life wellness, and focus on feeling good (whatever that looks like for you!).

Respectfully, this is a group designed for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions such as aging, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, and empty nesting.

I started this group to provide opportunities to meet in person each month to chat about life, spark friendships, support one another, and have some fun, dammit! Two years in, I'm adding online events to create space for women outside of PHX to experience the magic of this group.

GenX Connects and other select events include guided discussions around a topic related to midlife & beyond (you know...sleep, empty-nesting, prioritizing our needs, peri/menopause, financial wellness, & more based on your feedback).

Other events support women-owned businesses and/or provide opportunities to create whole-life wellness (the Eight Dimensions of Wellness are: Social, Intellectual, Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, Environmental, Occupational, and Financial).

And some events are strictly to have fun while enjoying one another's company!

This group honors introverts and extroverts alike. Please join and be active in the discussions, attend events, connect, share, support, and learn. Let's have fun and celebrate where we are in life!

Check out the discussion tab for weekly quotes by inspiring women (usually on Fridays) and to engage with other members. I ask for feedback from the group in the discussions as well. Hope to see you there!

I send out emails on Wednesdays and every other Sunday. If you'd like to be on my email list, YOU CAN JOIN HERE.

Want to meet other women in midlife & beyond, enjoy a positive environment that fosters whole-life wellness, and feel REALLY good after two hours?

GenX Connects offers a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond, listen and share compassionately, and have fun! It's two hours to boost your well-being and learn from other women.

Gather around my patio table to socialize over non-alcoholic morning beverages and spend about an hour in a guided discussion around a specific topic.

    The topic for March is:
Positive Mindset: Boost Your Mood, Improve Your Well-Being, and Shift How You Experience Midlife and Beyond

Let's explore what a positive mindset truly means and what it can do for you. This is NOT about ignoring the difficulties of this season of life; it's about intentional thinking that impacts how you move through it.

As a Life + Wellness Coach for women in midlife and beyond, positive mindset work is at the core of what I do.

Do you struggle to see the good things in midlife and beyond, find yourself frequently complaining or criticizing, or feel like you're stuck in a rut? Are you curious about tools you can use to help you feel better than you already do? This event will make a difference for you!

There's always something to be learned when we gather to have real, meaningful dialogue. Be part of the conversation on March 7th, my friend.
