In our last big event of the year, we're very excited to bring you an expert product panel on AI/Machine Learning for product managers.

This Q&A event will give you the opportunity to hear perspectives from people with diverse backgrounds on what changes they've seen in this field over the last 12 months, advice on how to start working in this space and much more.

The evening will give you the opportunity to network with your peers over drinks and canapés before and after our panel takes the stage. This event is recommended for any product seniority with a basic understanding of AI/Machine learning.

Aqsa Awan - Senior Product Manager at Microsoft AI

From a background in Law to a career in AI, Aqsa has built AI models reaching over 1.4 billion users worldwide, shaping AI-driven experiences across BBC to now developing Gen-AI models for Microsoft CoPilot. Having led impactful, large-scale products that match real user needs, in this session, Aqsa will provide strategic insights and practical guidance to empower you to think, scale and develop products like an AI Product Manager.

Alison Paul - Lead Product Manager, Chatbots & Gen AI - Flo Health Inc

Alison is an accomplished product leader with over 15 years of experience in the digital health sector. She currently overseas the development of the Flo Health Assistant chatbot, all chat-based functionality and has established the generative AI product area. Alison's career also includes innovation and product roles at Bupa and Cancer Research UK.

Lara Kulesh -Group Product Manager - Gen AI at Shelf

Lara is a seasoned Product Leader with over 10 years of experience. She started her career founding her own startup, gaining invaluable insights and a deep passion for product management. At Shelf, she bridges research and product development focusing on recommendation services and leads a team developing an analytics product to prepare unstructured data for traditional and GenAI use cases.

Anna Lay - Principal Consultant at Hippo

Anna is an enthusiastic strategy, delivery and product management professional with over 20 years experience within digital and data. She has significant public sector experience, specialising in healthcare where has worked on national projects to improve safety, efficiency and effectiveness in the NHS. Anna enjoys taking ideas, bringing people together and developing products that meet user needs and add value.

Yao Li - Visiting Fellow at Zinc

Yao has 25 years experience in AI research, engineering, product, strategy and innovation from the MIT AI Lab to IBM, Hitachi and HERE Technologies. Her latest role is the head of artificial intelligence at Phrase, a machine translation company. She is proud MIT graduate with Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science, concentrating in Artificial Intelligence. She also defected to Harvard for her MBA, in a moment of weakness. BTW, you can always trust her to tell you if you have spinach stuck in your teeth.
