We’re diving into one of the most important (and sometimes overwhelming) topics in product: metrics.

Director of Product Management @Coveo
Rima is an experienced IT professional with 20+ years working across B2B and B2C companies, both locally and internationally. As a woman in tech, she’s built her career bridging business and technology in the public and private sectors—including software firms, system integrators, and SaaS providers. She’s been in product management since 2011 and has been leading product teams and practices since 2019.
👩‍💼 Ruchi Bahadur
Director of Product Management (IWMS) @Nakisa
Ruchi Bahadur is a seasoned product management leader with over 20 years of experience in cloud SaaS products. At Nakisa, she leads the product strategy and development for the IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System), focusing on driving innovation and delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of global enterprises. Before joining Nakisa, she was Director of Product Management at Tempo Software, where she led the launch of machine learning features. Ruchi co-leads the Women in Product Montreal Chapter, organizes events, and is an active member of the Product Tank community, where she presents and shares her insights.🗓️ When: Thursday, June 19, 2025
