WIT in the Workplace

Do you work in a company that doesn't have an internal Women's Network or Diversity & Inclusion team and you're wondering how you can get one? Or has your company set one up but it's new and is looking to share best practice with more experienced companies?

This session aims to share and inform on how you can work within the corporate workplace to improve diversity and inclusion. This event will be of interest to employees wanting to effect change in their company, as well as D&I professionals, HR teams or senior managers wanting to learn to improve their current offerings.

We will facilitate a Panel discussion featuring local Tech Company representatives who have set up initiatives already - giving tips on what to do and what not to do! Then we will provide lots of networking time when we hope participants will be able to share knowledge and glean new ideas for their own firms.
