International Women's Day 2024: Women in Tech Lightning Talks event- THEME: "Inspire Inclusion"

Women In Tech Belfast have been holding Workshops and Lightning Talks events for many years now, with the aim of encouraging more women to give technical talks. Female speaker representation in tech events and meetups have increased as a result. We are keen to provide another event that will help female speakers practice their talks - in advance of upcoming 2024 tech events.

To celebrate International Women's Day 2024, we are holding the event on Tuesday 5th March 2024 at 6pm in the PA Consulting Office in Centre House on Chichester Street, Belfast City Centre. The theme for this year's IWD is "Inspire Inclusion".

We have some fantastic speakers and talks lined up:

* Máirín Murray - Data for Change!
* Santa Poshtarenko - 5 facts about ADHD

* Elaine Robin - The Pivot to Self employed operating under your personal brand
* Alexandra Chan - Breaking into the Tech Space
* Maeve Devlin - Good things don't come to those who wait, good things come to those who keep their LinkedIn profile up to date!
* Eve Brennan- What the Tech Industry can do to stop Women leaving the sector

Doors 5.30pm for 6.30pm start. Food and drink (alcoholic and soft drinks, teas and coffees) will be provided. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options will be available. Children are welcome too!
