Following on from the hugely successful “Hormones – The Last Workplace Taboo” panel event at UrbanHQ in June 2025, we’re delighted to present Beat the Burnout — an interactive, workshop-led evening designed to help you reset, recharge, and take back control of your energy.
Hormones – The Last Workplace Taboo opened up honest and often overdue conversations around the realities women face in the workplace. Beat the Burnout builds on that momentum, moving from conversation to practical action.
This event is about more than listening — you’ll leave with simple, realistic tools you can apply immediately in your daily life to support your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
