We share the challenges we face as well as our success stories, and have fun along the way. We also welcome men who are keen to support us and learn more about the part they can play.

Psychology of Security Failures
Most breaches don’t happen because of sophisticated exploits, they happen because people take shortcuts. Users prop open digital “doors” with weak passwords, bypass MFA for convenience, or move sensitive files to personal accounts. This session digs into the psychology behind security failures: why rational people make irrational choices, how cognitive load, bad IT configurations and workplace culture play into risky behavior, and what security teams can learn from behavioral science.
