Ergonomics is one of those topics where we might think we know it all, but as the years pass by and lower back aches start to set in, we realize we've been doing it wrong all along.

Given the nature of our jobs and the amount of time we spend sitting - which, by the way, is not natural at all - we've thought of bringing front and center the importance of well-being and knowing how to take care of ourselves daily. So that in a decade, we'll be able to thank our younger selves for being disciplined and doing the bare minimum today.

Let's meet in an informal environment to learn how to take care of our work posture and station in 3 parts:

* Oana Sava will guide you through simple movements and breathing techniques designed to ease back tension and boost mental clarity at the office.
