The Human Advantage: Leading with Trust in the Age of AI
Details
Information is a few clicks away, and AI assistants are part of almost everyone's daily toolbox. When speed and efficiency become the baseline, the real question changes: where does the difference come from?💡
🙌 Join us for a panel with three leaders who guide teams through this change every day. We'll talk about what stays distinctly human: creativity, adaptability, collaboration, critical thinking and curiosity, and about what it takes to lead with trust when everything moves this fast.
Meet our speakers:
- Madalina Hurducas - Head of People Office @Accesa
- Adina Balea - Director, Control & Communication and Country Manager @Opoura
- Ruxandra Banici - Head of Technology Office @Zenitech
⚖️ We'll look at both sides of the story. What will the leaders and organizations of the future look like? How do we keep people engaged and excited, and what should each of us focus on to stay relevant? Expect honest stories and real examples.
