If Women of Color are one of the most underrepresented, under-served demographics in the Tech sector and a "Rising tide lifts all ships", then let's focus our attention and conversation to this specific group to inherently engage and lift all employees along the way. We will hold a bold conversation and discuss gaps in which Tech leaders (predominantly Male) and Workforce Activists can leave feeling inspired ready to support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals with clearer direction. Alicia Jessip, Founder of Women In Tech Denver MeetUp will host this dynamic and candid conversation with current Denver leaders to cover areas around pay equity, hiring, succession planning, and support to one of the most vulnerable, often overlooked demographics in our Tech sector.
