Speaker Bio
Ida Rolek Kononiuk is the Chief Technology Officer at Netcap, where she leads the development of world class nature intelligence for organisations that care about their impact on the environment. In her role, she helps shape the technical vision behind data driven solutions that support better decision making and more responsible business practices.
She brings strong technical leadership and a practical, delivery focused approach, with a real passion for building high performing teams. Ida is known for creating collaborative environments where complex challenges can be turned into meaningful, impactful products. Her work combines innovation with clarity and purpose, helping organisations use environmental data in a way that drives real change.
Before joining Netcap, Ida held senior technology roles including Vice President of Technology at FXC Intelligence, where she helped lead strategy, delivery and team growth at scale. She is also active in the wider tech community through leadership initiatives and industry speaking, and is recognised for her thoughtful, inclusive and results focused approach to technology and leadership.

Speaker Bio
Sohini Mallick is a Technology and Digital Strategist with a strong background in product management, software engineering and business strategy. She is the Founder of RudraX Technologies, where she builds and delivers high impact technology solutions across sectors including defence, space tech, AI and public sector programmes.
An Oxford MBA graduate and former Senior Software Engineer at Target, Sohini combines deep technical expertise with sharp commercial thinking. She has led complex global projects, worked with international government bodies, and built high performing engineering teams across the UK, Europe and India.
Sohini is known for her ability to break down complex problems, challenge assumptions, and design practical solutions that align technology with real business outcomes. She is a strong advocate for thoughtful innovation, cross functional collaboration, and responsible growth in technology led organisations.
Driven by curiosity and lifelong learning, she is passionate about shaping future facing tech strategies and helping organisations use technology as a true competitive advantage.
