Not every project needs a heavyweight process, endless meetings, or a rigid structure to succeed. In fact, too much of it can slow teams down, dilute ownership, and create unnecessary friction.
Join us for an engaging session with Jenni Pinter (Kirk) as she introduces a “lighter-touch” approach to project management designed for the space between quick tasks and full-scale initiatives. This practical framework focuses on working smarter and helping teams stay aligned, move faster, and deliver outcomes without getting buried in process.
Jenni will share how this approach is already driving efficiency gains and reducing overhead, while still maintaining the right level of governance and accountability.

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • When to lead with trust instead of tracking
  • How to create alignment without adding more meetings
  • The minimum viable structure that actually keeps projects on track
  • How to recognize when a process adds value and when it gets in the way

Whether you’re a project manager, team leader, or someone who regularly drives work forward without a formal PM title, this session will give you practical tools you can apply immediately.
Come connect with the WITI community, learn something new, and walk away with a fresh perspective on how to run projects more effectively.
