### โจ New Year. New Goals. Better Questions.
We've all been there. January arrives, we set ambitious goals, and by February, many of those goals have already fallen by the wayside.
What if the secret to achieving your goals isn't working harder, but asking yourself better questions?
Join Women in Technology International (WITI) for an engaging, interactive session designed to help you approach the new year with greater clarity, intention, and confidence.
Leadership coach Alisa Bennett will introduce powerful coaching questions she uses with leaders to help them identify what they really want, uncover what's holding them back, and create meaningful momentum toward their goals.
### ๐ก What to Expect
- ๐ฏ Get Clear on Your Goals: Explore questions that help you identify what matters most and what you want to accomplish.
- ๐ง Challenge What's Holding You Back: Discover how coaching questions can reveal obstacles, assumptions, and new possibilities.
- ๐ค Practice With a Partner: Pair up with another attendee to experience the power of coaching conversations firsthand. No coaching experience required!
- ๐ฌ Connect and Share: Participate in an open discussion about what you discovered and the strategies that have helped you make goals stick.
This isn't another lecture about New Year's resolutions. It's an opportunity to pause, reflect, connect with other women in technology, and walk away with practical questions you can use throughout the year.
