We all know gender diversity is important , but how do you actually make change happen? And more importantly, how do you know if it's working?
In this interactive workshop, we’ll workshop together to take the conversation beyond the words and into the practical reality of building and measuring successful gender diversity initiatives which we can then share with our community.
We’ll brainstorm and build the initiatives women actually want to see in businesses.The purpose?
To build a framework for businesses and individuals to implement these ideas and—crucially—measure their success.
No fluff, just actionable insights, real examples, and maybe a laugh or two as we co-create something meaningful.
