How allies can actively support women in tech beyond intention?
Join us for an interactive evening focused on turning allyship from awareness into action.
Too often, allyship is spoken about as a value rather than demonstrated as a behaviour. This session is designed to challenge that by creating honest conversations around the role allies can play in building more inclusive workplaces and better supporting women in tech.
Through a mix of panel discussion, group exercises, and collaborative problem-solving, attendees will explore what meaningful allyship looks like in practice across hiring, visibility, promotion, sponsorship, and workplace culture.
Together, we’ll unpack common barriers, discuss real-life workplace scenarios, and co-create practical actions that can be implemented immediately.
