✨ Walk And Talk Tuesday! A Midlife Meetup in Motion ✨

Let's take a breath, take a break, and take a walk!
Come be part of an easy way to casually connect with other vibrant and active women in a stress-free, no pressure way! Just a casual walk, some nourishing conversations, and a chance to get to know others who are also navigating the Messy Middle!

What to Expect:

• We will meet up and do some quick introductions
• I will offer a few light prompts to help get the conversations started.
• We'll walk in pairs or small groups for about 1.5-2.5 miles round trip
• And then we'll regroup for a short reflection before heading home.

When: Tuesday, June 24th
Time: 6:15-7:15 ish
Where: Clear Creek, Grant Ferry Trails Loop: Golden, CO. We will meet on the path near the Golden Public Library
Bring: Comfy shoes and whatever else you might need for the weather.
