In this 30-minute facilitated conversation, leadership and mental-health expert Catherine Harrison, M. Psych, P.C.C., invites participants to rethink balance through a human-centred lens. Rather than striving for a perfect equilibrium, the session explores how we can navigate shifting demands without losing ourselves—or our sense of connection—in the process.
