Details
Welcome to the Amplify Her Masterclass!
Amplify Her Masterclass Series is a deep dive into the music industry, created for music creators and industry professionals who want to better understand how the business works and how to navigate it with intention. These intimate sessions connect you directly with leading professionals, offering real insight into industry pathways, creative decision-making, and the people behind the work. It’s a space to learn, ask questions, and build meaningful connections within a supportive community. Please note: this event is exclusively for members.
For this session, we are joined by Rachel, an award-winning music supervisor in advertising. She has led music for global campaigns with brands including G-Star, Adidas, Volkswagen, Schweppes, and Karl Lagerfeld. In 2022, she co-composed G-Star RAW – The Rhythm of Denim, which became the most awarded commercial in the music category for original composition that year.
Rachel is currently the Music Director at Ambassadors Berlin, a boutique craft studio specialising in high-end VFX, CG, and music composition. Alongside her work in the industry, she is also an artist under the name Rachel Harlow, where she sings, writes, and plays violin.
What to expect:
In this masterclass, Rachel will offer an in-depth look into her work as a music supervisor, with a focus on how this role intersects with artists, composers, and music creators. She will break down how she develops music strategies and client briefings, share the key do’s and don’ts when working in sync and commercial projects, and provide practical guidance on how to position yourself as a strong candidate through self-study.
