Ride to Plains, GA: Jimmy Carter National Historic Park

Join us for a FULL day of riding south to Plains, GA - a peaceful countryside town of 575 people and hometown of Jimmy Carter. We will plan to visit his childhood home, high school and more as part of the National Historic Park. After lunch we will begin the journey back. This will be planned as a back road route of approx. 160 miles each way. Kick stands up out of Acworth with first rest/stretch stop 42 miles in Palmetto where anyone south of the city can plan to meet us there @ 10AM. **Important** depending on how many stops and how long we are in Plains, it may be a late arrival back home, please plan accordingly.
