At the Threshold: Understanding Transition in a Woman’s Life
Details
This gathering is for women navigating a season of change and seeking a steady, thoughtful space to pause, reflect, and regain clarity.
Transitions can come in forms of a shift in role, identity, relationships, location, work, health, or simply a quiet inner knowing that something is changing. Often, these moments do not need fixing. They need understanding, presence, and the courage to listen inwardly.
In this 90-minute online meetup, we will explore what transition truly means in the nervous system, in identity and roles, and in the deeper inner orientation that sustains us during change. We will gently examine why certain advice, such as “just let go,” can feel destabilizing at thresholds, and why clarity often begins with learning where to stand before deciding what to release.
This is not a therapy group, motivational seminar, or problem-solving session. There is no pressure to share personal details, perform insight, or arrive with answers. Participation is always by choice.
