Women in Voice London is back and this time we have teamed up with design agency Arup. There will be networking, nibbles, drinks and a fabulous speaker line-up to boot:

• "The Emerging Delight from Branded Voice Assistants and the Challenges Ahead." - Katie McMahon, Vice President & General Manager at SoundHound.

• "Voice & Customer Experiences in Finance." - Lisa Reeves, Design Principal and Hayley Bell, Senior Product Owner at Barclays.

• Kate Birtwistle, the UK Director at Send Me a Sample, joins us to talk about the world's first and only voice-activated product trial platform. Available on Alexa and Google Assistant, Send Me a Sample allows consumer goods brands to build product trial into any piece of marketing. Consumers see a brand's ad, and simply have to ask their voice assistant for a free sample. Opt-in data collection provides brands the opportunity to drive ongoing purchase and loyalty after the product is sampled in-home.

• "The Exploration of Voice Tech and Appropriate Applications for Arup." - Arina Fjodorova, UX Designer at Arup. Arina will touch on where voice originates from, the need and why it's important in software/hardware. She will also take us through inspirational use cases, predicting areas of future use and utilisation within Arup's areas of expertise (built environment, analytics tools, architecture and structural health monitoring).
