Returning favorite Gina Hatzis leads the morning’s immersive experience, Rooted Reset: Reclaiming the Life You Want to Grow. This thoughtful session invites women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the roots that shape their decisions, leadership, and life.
ROOTED & REAL: The Honest Conversation
Moderated by Leslie Sturgeon, Founder of Women Inspiring Women
A candid and often humorous conversation exploring the evolving realities of being a woman — from hormones and body changes to relationships, communication, desire, confidence, and identity. Joining Leslie will be a panel of experts and thought leaders who will speak openly about the topics women often wonder about but rarely hear discussed honestly.

WOMEN OF WIW: Becoming
Cultivating the Soil You Grow From
Dr. Colleen Norris closes the day with a powerful story of courage, healing, and becoming. Through reflection and a guided inner experience, she invites women to reconnect with the inner safety and clarity needed to grow into the next chapter of who they are becoming.
Dr. Colleen Norris is a Network Spinal Chiropractor, speaker, and intuitive healer who has spent more than 20 years helping people unwind the hidden survival patterns held in the nervous system that keep them stuck in cycles of stress, overgiving, and self-doubt. Her work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with safety within their bodies so they can move beyond survival mode and into greater clarity, vitality, and alignment with the life they truly want to live.
