What we’re about

Purpose: To connect mature women who want to be fit or maintain their fitness.

Interested in occasional joint workouts and social discussions on women's issues specifically surrounding physical issues limiting fitness, nutritional issues, safety concerns and other discussion topics particular to women beyond their childbearing years.

We can also talk about retreats and excursions for building community too. If you like to have new experiences--and if you are in your 40s or older, interested in or enjoy fitness but have concerns perhaps your sisters have experienced-- you need to join this group.
