Hello Ladies,

I'd like to introduce you to my Dot Therapy Weekends — a special series of workshops designed to support your well-being through creativity

These workshops help to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve concentration and mindfulness
• Promote a sense of achievement and satisfaction
• Provide an outlet for expressing emotions through creativity
• Enhance hand motor skills and coordination
and most importantly — they're totally fun!

The First Session
Dot and Flow: Fun, Creative and Meditative Dot Painting Workshop.

This workshop is designed to help you slow down, be present, and express yourself through the meditative art of dot painting.
🎨 No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore art as a form of mindfulness.
🧘‍♀️ Through rhythmic dotting, you’ll discover inner peace, balance, and joy in the creative process.
💚 This is art as healing. Art as rest. Art as joy

What’s Included:
🎨 A guided dot painting session (all supplies provided+wooden stand)
🌬️ Simple breathwork to help you feel grounded
🍦 Refreshments: water and snacks for all participants
