In times of change, uncertainty and difficulty we look for ways to cope and manage life. Sometimes what we’ve always done in the past just isn’t working any more and we need to reach out, do things differently and connect with others.
With the ongoing situation of Covid and extended lockdowns and not to mention other regular life problems such as illnesses, job losses, relationship breakdowns, loneliness etc, added to the mix, is it any wonder many of us are feeling weary, stressed and simply just “over it”!
