This group is for women who want to connect with other women and learn how to reduce stress, find more time for themselves and live life according to what is most important to them.
We will meet online for now and I hope to have in-person options soon!
This is an inclusive group for anyone who identifies as a woman, non-binary, gender fluid or is comfortable in a setting that centers the experience of women and wants to explore making change in their lives.
We will have a topic at each meeting, we will share experiences and I will provide coaching tools, tips, and ask questions to get the most from the topic.
Topics might include how to create a mindfulness practice, what self-care practices work for YOU, how to reduce stress, how to make change, how to create habits, etc.
To maintain the security and confidentiality of the Zoom calls, please be sure your Zoom names is close to/the same as the name you RSVP with otherwise you might not be let into the Zoom call.
