A NIGHT IN THE MOUNTAINS
This September, I’m inviting 4–7 women to camp in the Appenzell Alps.
Do you feel the need to get out of the city and experience something different? This is a weekend to get some peace and quiet, and recharge your batteries. A small gathering of women, in the most beautiful scenery and nothing much to do except hike, explore, share meals, sit by the fire, talk, laugh, sleep outside and wake up with the mountains.
THE ITINERARY
We’ll meet in Wasserauen parking lot and hike up towards Seealpsee, spend the day exploring the mountains, have dinner together and put up our tents somewhere beautiful for the night.
The next morning is intentional and mindful, with a shared breathwork and embodiment session, for the brave ones a dip in the lake, breakfast on the camping stove and share a small guided nature + creative experience before heading back down.
THE DETAILS
𖦹 Arrival/meeting point: Sat 10am at parking lot Wasserauen (there will be shared rides from Freiburg!)
𖦹 Departure Sun noon (around 1pm)
𖦹 €140 / person logistics + food included
𖦹 Bring your own tent, mattress + sleeping bag as well as good hiking shoes!
