How often do you actually stop in your busy life and take the time to be still, fully present with yourself and mindful of your thoughts? Most of us get so caught up in rushing to the next thing and then to the next thing and thinking thoughts that we have not taken time to understand and be mindful of, that there are times it feels like a lifetime since we actually stopped and listened to ourselves. Being fully present with ourselves is when new growth occurs and allows new thoughts to enter our minds. This workshop is about being in the now moment, mindful of what we see around us in closer detail, listening to beautiful chimes, experiencing relaxing guided meditations, learn conscious deep breathing and learn the art of mindfulness, taking in all the wonderful sounds of nature around us, being still enough to feel the sensations of air on our skin, looking at thought patterns that have been holding us back by being still and mindful. I will hold this workshop at my private residence in my outdoor garden area where we will be still, sit in circle whilst we consciously decompress, breathe, relax and learn to quieten and still our minds.

I will teach you key points of meditation and how it scientifically reduces stress. In our busy lives it is sometimes hard to find time to stop, reflect and give back to ourselves. I am a Holistic Counsellor and Meditation Teacher. We will end with a light morning tea. The cost of this two-hour workshop is $35.00. A minimum of five participants is required for this workshop to go ahead.

Please wear comfortable clothing and come ready to experience meditation.
