As we experience the beauty of autumn changing into winter, lets come together for a writing gathering, energy medicine and a guided meditation to acknowledge the many blessings of all the people in our lives and those we had to say goodbye to. Let us celebrate the cycle of life and know we are better for every transition. Join Verona Psychotherapist and Spiritual Life Coach, Sue Waldman for an enchanted evening of celebration, connection and sharing. A combination of personal sharing, writing & coaching exercises and Karuna Reiki sound healing and guided visualization will be conducted. Let us appreciate that we are alive, right now.
