45 minutes a day. 45 days straight. No excuses — just vibes.

We’re showing up for ourselves for 45 days. Every day, you move your body for 45 minutes — walk in your neighborhood, hop on your walking pad, dance around the house… whatever works.

No fitness routine. No pressure. But also? No skipping.
This is about consistency and proving to yourself you can stick with something.

We’ll check in right here in the GroupMe — drop a ✅ or a quick note each day after you move.
Once a week, you’ll fill out a quick recap form so we can keep track.
Miss 3 days without checking in? You’re out (or moved to the “Cheer Squad” to cheer from the sidelines).
