Silver Comet ( Part 3)

Hey y’all! Our next hike is on the Silver Comet Trail — this time we’re walking from the Floyd Road Trailhead (aka Tabletop) to the Austell Trailhead. This stretch is peaceful and shaded, with a mix of nature and trail charm. Great for all levels!

📍 Trail Length: ~5.6 miles round trip (out and back)
📌 Start Location: 4342 Floyd Rd, Mableton, GA
💰 Parking: Free at the Floyd Rd Trailhead
🥾 Pace: Walk at your own pace — no pressure, just vibes.

There’s a restroom, water fountain, and even a bike shop at the start point if you need anything. Come ready to move, meet good folks, and enjoy this quiet, tree-lined section of the Silver Comet Trail.
