About us
Women of Colour Connect Gloucestershire is a welcoming community for women of colour living in Gloucestershire and nearby areas.
After moving to the area, I realised it wasn't always easy to find spaces to meet like-minded women and build genuine friendships, so I decided to create one.
This group is open to Black, Asian, Arab, mixed heritage, Muslim, and other women of colour who would like to connect, share experiences, and build community in a supportive and respectful environment.
Our focus is on friendship, conversation, wellbeing, personal growth, and meaningful connection. We welcome women from all backgrounds, whether you're a student, professional, business owner, parent, or simply looking to meet new people.
We'll start with online meetups and conversations, with the possibility of in-person coffee meetups and social events in the future.
