About us

Calling all women+ who love art, culture and community!

Women of Culture Boston is an inclusive, intergenerational community for women with a creative soul who want to live more art-full, socially connected and culture-filled lives. It is a branch of the original NYC-based community (with over 4K members) designed to connect, empower and inspire women through meaningful engagement with the arts.
You can learn more about the original NYC-based group here and see some of the 300+ events we've hosted in NYC & beyond.

We curate a wide variety of art-based events such as fine art tours, performance outings and Art-full Discovery walks, all of which are grounded in community and designed to cultivate a more meaningful connection to the arts, oneself and the world at large.

Each of our experiences is thoughtfully organized with the intention of encouraging women to push their boundaries, discover new perspectives and more deeply understand themselves and the world around them — so they are better equipped to shape it.

At every Women of Culture experience, you will:

  • Discover & learn more about new art forms or artists, broaden your horizons and awaken your curiosity.
  • Experience the power of art to transform, inspire and enlighten.
  • Connect with a tribe of fellow art-full women.

The majority of attendees and members are professional women in their late 20’s-50’s who are interested in getting out and experiencing all that the rich NYC & LA art scenes have to offer. No artistic talent, knowledge or experience is needed — we are all learning along the way!

Every effort is made to keep events community-oriented so that all feel welcome, whether it is their first or 50th time attending. Most women attend events alone — and leave with a new friend, or more. All that is required is an open mind & an interest in art!
