Women Over Dinner Harlem

Women Over Dinner is a facilitated shared-meal experience designed to create a rare kind of space for women: one where each voice is heard, each woman is seen, and the most vital part of her has room to come forward.

Around a table and a simple meal, women move through a thoughtfully structured format that allows for personal reflection and expression without interruption, feedback, or cross-talk. This creates an atmosphere of dignity, presence, and deep listening — something many women rarely
experience in daily life.

At its heart, Women Over Dinner is based on a simple premise: women carry an inherent power and value that is not dependent on circumstances, roles, or conditions. When women gather in the right environment, that sense of self-worth and inner strength naturally reawakens.

From that place, women relate differently to themselves, to one another, and to the world around them.
