Do you struggle with worry, anxiety, or overthinking? Have you become a good actress to hide how you are really feeling? Do you sometimes feel alone because your loved ones don't quite understand? Have you tried everything but haven't made much progress? If yes, then you are absolutely in the right place!!

Women Overcoming Worry (WOW!) is a women-only monthly support program for ladies who may struggle with worry, anxiety, overthinking, or resulting depression. We meet virtually at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month.

Created and facilitated by Los Angeles native Jenny, the mission of this program is to bring together ladies of all ages and walks of life who are dealing with these issues, offering connection, hope, and very practical information to help break free from the negative cycle of worry and anxiety, uncomfortable physical symptoms, and so much more!

While not a licensed clinician, counselor, or therapist, Jenny is a 50-something gal who struggled for nearly three decades with worry, anxiety, overthinking, and resulting depression. After years of immense suffering, she has finally overcome and her sole intention is to help other women do the same. She figures, who better than a person who has been there, right?

Each monthly, one-hour session will offer a topic-focused lesson (approx. 45 minutes) followed by time for questions and answers (approx. 15 minutes). The tone will be always positive, upbeat, and encouraging.

There is no charge to participate. All you need is an electronic device and the Zoom meeting link.
