This group provides a welcoming space for women to learn, share, research, and connect around home co-ownership, shared living, and other creative approaches to retirement. Whether you currently live in Hawaii, are planning a future move, or are simply exploring possibilities, you are welcome to participate both locally and online.

Our purpose is to support women in:

Exploring home co-ownership and shared housing models

Learning about financial, legal, and lifestyle considerations of co-owning property

Sharing research, ideas, and personal experiences

Discussing values, compatibility, boundaries, and expectations

Building meaningful relationships that may grow into long-term friendships, co-ownership partnerships, or shared living arrangements

This group is educational and community-focused, not transactional or rushed. There is no pressure to commit to co-ownership. Some members may be here purely to learn and exchange ideas, while others may eventually find aligned partners for shared home ownership.
