This evening will include:
Grounding with a specially prepared essential oil
ceremonial cacao
deep journaling
meditation
Family constellation exercise
and the healing medicine of female community

Together, we will soften what has been hard, bring love to what has been hidden, and open the door to a different way of being.

Not by rejecting our roots.
But by honoring them so deeply that we no longer need to repeat their pain.
